Like many of you, my business began by offering a service to people who needed it. And it became successful very quickly. However, what people didn't see was the burn out, exhaustion and working around the clock to build other peoples dreams.
Looking back, there were some very specific signs that the service provider model wasn't working well for me, and it wasn't the right model for me to scale. Today I'm sharing those signs with you, in the hope that you can recognise what the right business model is for you to grow your own business.
